Shorts usually get out after a price decline since they're death spirals and buy from the company at a discount to the low prices. They tend to increase during a price rise as they make a lot more profit on those death spiral shares. PNTV's short seem to follow that trend, though there aren't very many short shares. They cover quickly from the company. I expect you'll see a decrease at the next period report as it was declining time and an increase during the current period - at least if the price stays well above 2 cents for more than another day or two.
