Where will they get the money from to build anything?
As to why they were fighting in court, I agree, that is odd. Perhaps something will be built, but, I still fail to see where any funding will come from. The movie business is not an easy business to make money in the first place, but, perhaps a major lender will look the other way and come up with cash, current shares now could be looked at as an option on that occurring. I have no opinion on that, my only opinion is that the Effingham County IDA did a lot of investors a disservice here, they should have vetted the company's ability much much sooner, instead of going along and giving it the air of legitimacy. That cost investors a lot of money, a lot of Georgia based investors who were not familiar to how these things work, a lot of money. That alone, irritates me. The stock now, is of little interest to me, it could go up or down, could be considered an extreme option, could make or lose people money, idk. As you say, the damage is already done.
