It's acting differently than it usually does after these once- or twice-a-year spike moves... subtle, but unmistakable.

Definitely, accumulation by "someone". Perhaps "someone" more willing and able to communicate with Shareholders, and more often, as well.

I don't have "humble" opinions and never will!, so if you can't deal with that, just do us both a favour and put me on ignore!
