The announcement on the website played a much bigger role in luring investors in. TCEL said that on June 23 they were going to reveal new licenses and new license partners. The statement sounded rather promising and investors were quite excited about it. Unfortunately yesterday no official PR came from the company. Instead they once again opted to put the news on their official site that, by the way, isn’t even featured on their OTCMarkets profile.
