Eventually, the ITC will get tired of being taken to the CAFC and losing and realize the CAFC decisions become the law of the land which the ITC is supposed to them use as its base for remand and future decisions.

If they make us appeal again on 613 it will join the appeal we filed for the 337-800 case back in February.

The way that IDCC is being handled at the ITC reminds me of the Rambus case.

Hey ITC it is okay to find against pNoki o they are no longer the 800 pound Gorilla in the wireless phone space. Heck they aren't even a Capuchin monkey anymore.
