Wialan shareholders don't know the details but they should know the details. What we do know is that Wialan insiders own the distribution company WiFidelity themselves, but excluded all the other Wialan shareholders. How are shareholder interests aligned when only insiders own the distribution company, WiFidelity? As I said, all shareholders should have equal opportunity and share in any profit or loss. There shouldn't be any special insider deals. All Wialan shareholders, insiders included, should all be in the same boat so that any profit or loss is equally shared.
