The handwriting was on the wall for YEARS,way back to when he pulled off that nice little real estate flip by buying that abandoned gold property overseas for a paltry $ 1million and managed to convince the naive shareholders they got a "bargain"at $30 million......(some "bargain")

My question is WHY he wasn't DUMPED back then,for TRYING to pull it off?Not everyone was fooled,that was the point one of the initial backers sold their stock saying it was a very questionable transaction.....too bad the BOD didn't recognize the red flags,by the way,just where ARE the BOD and WHAT are they doing?they are SUPPOSED to be the watchdog not just rubber stamping MrFifers demands....

Makes you wonder,WHO is running this show anyway?You don't put a fox in charge of guarding the chicken coop...no,I don't trust the guy,haven't ever since he sold COPPER to Inmet (and sold the bulk of my stock,thank goodness)and was called every name in the book for saying so...
