".turnabout is fairplay.." - indeed, and this is evident by IDCC's request in the 2nd arbitration for attorneys fees. Unlike the 1st arb., there is no "win" in it for Nok, i.e. reduction of rate, etc. So, now that Nok is facing a 2x attorney fees, this should add some incentive for Nok to resolve all disputes via settlement.

Also, this request for attorney fees in the 2nd arb. suggests that IDCC probably also requested attorney fees and sanctions in the (Confirmation) Appeal, so Nok will be fully served up, under the recent cases, to the Appeal Court for the lashing they rightfully deserve for a frivolous appeal, and this too should add some more pressure on Nok to settle all disputes with IDCC.
