AGAIN COMPLETELY FALSE!!! If you read it says " Baron has entered an agreement with "two" shareholders of CYBK to exchange their shares of CYBK for shares Baron will receive in October. Baron has guaranteed the shareholders a price of $.034 per shares when they receive their shares in October and should the value be less than Baron shall issue each additional shares to make up any shortfall." LMAO

So essentially Baron shareholders are getting screwed big time!!!!
