Well, as a person who lived in Arizona I can honestly say I have no idea. It's a red state that has a lot of "blue" values, marijuana being one of them. I know they implemented a medical marijuana system a few years ago, so I guess maybe the logic is that the market is not as saturated as California, Washington, Oregon, or Colorado, giving them the ability to dominate whatever it is they are trying to do over there. A grow-up is probably in the US will probably put them under SEC scrutiny, so I wouldn't go that route.
