Couldn't agree with you more. That is why the stock is not reacting much to this news. And over the next week or two, we will surely see the 52 week low broken, and all support gone.

What we should want to hear is about 3rd party investments that are in no way affiliated and the investment value they bring to FLPC. Anything short of that is IMO smoke and mirrors...So please excuse me if this news does not get my warm a fuzzy vote of "DONWARD"
