Coci I do not think that you are wrong but rather I agree with several points you have made. We are clearly not valued beyond mere words and utterances designed to appease for the moment and minimize and all out run (out the door) on this stock. We, the share holders may not be the big investor they're trying to get but we sure the hell suffice to pay the bills and afford them the ability to dilute the heck out of this stock and share value.

As for this newest release...please people look at who is Group8 Mining and you will see Don and Jimmy. Then ask who has acquired the vast majority of the shares. If you were to sum up the news we've had in the past 6 months what would you have? You would have Don and Bob trying to create support in the shareholders by investing their so-called hard-earned money or taking, in lieu of pay (and it's arguable pay for what?) company shares.

In addition, you would have toxic financing and several created SPE's/VIE's/LLC/LTDs all borne of and/or by Don (primarily) acting in a manner so as to convey a separate and interested investment/group...What we should want to hear is about 3rd party investments that are in no way affiliated and the investment value they bring to FLPC. Anything short of that is IMO smoke and mirrors...So please excuse me if this news does not get my warm a fuzzy vote of "DONWARD"
