Just like the fall of 2004, Dan blitzed investors with PR's to move shares and allow Astrom to dump. What's different about 2006 as compared to 2004? Only a name and symbol change. Any company can do that. Nothing major about that accomplishment.
What's the purpose of our 2006 PR's? To move shares. The proof is the reduction in the restricted and the increase in the tradable. Mission accomplished. No further need to publish PR's, much less PR's with meat in them.
Whatever Dan had going with CIT Commercial Services is now moot. The lawsuit says it all. IMO Dan's at square one again, running low on money, his options dwindling by the day. Unless something dramatic happens soon, Dan will have no choice but to visit a RS down upon your head. He only said it'd not happen UPON the name change. AFTER the name change is a very real possibility. We are now considered AFTER the name change.
All in my humble opinion, of course.
