Fully diluted, VCSY just about as many shares o/s as PTSC, oh and look PTSC jumped to $2 this month! And how could the mm's go short on a billion o/s(and have to stay short passed the 13-day naked short deadline) on VCSY, heavily manipulated down since january, but now going to be on the up and up!

Anyways. a billion shares trades just like a million when the stock to going on the up and up and nobody wants to get off the ride. Who's going to pick up the easy money!
