R/S is the ONLY cowi news that shareholders are going to hear. The last 2 very recent splits were 6 months apart. It's about that time again!!!

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 200 split Ex-date=07/12/2012.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 200 split. Ex-date=01/03/2014.

This is why investors need to look at these ungodly a/s counts. COWI did its last split but kept that 13 BILLION authorized share count. Always a reason why these bogus companies do not lower the authorized.
