He would simply reschedule again... and it will not be denied because it cannot be denied by law... as i understand it.

When it finally comes that he's exhausted the reschedules he will show up if he doesn't want to be arrested. Either that, or he will do what you're saying and give it up already. Or maybe he's in Jamaica already who knows
