I am sure they will either not show or drop their claim because Zo dropped the "F" bomb..........FRAUD (See 2nd affirmative defense in first link).

Though it's a Florida court, the Judge can/will understand NV law and what is required for issuance and ownership of preferred shares.

Huffy NEVER intended to fight this, and he can't. If he does, he will need to file with the court BEFORE the hearing. A couple of checks and a note from the former directors aren't worth the paper they are written on without proper filings in NV for the existence of the preferred shares, which have to be forfeited, if legit, when you convert them into common shares.

It's the biggest joke of a claim...........EVER!

But no, they won't get arrested for being not showing up. They simply surrender their claim to the bogus CERTS.
