Doing "business" with the IRS is not cheap. There is no way LTNC is not paying dearly for what the IRS would see as negligence for not paying payroll taxes. I get 25-50% from experience. I should get it from the 2014 1q, but just as Schadel was too cowardly to disclose the delinquency in the 10k he was too cowardly to provide full disclosure in the 10q. Mind you, I asked him quite directly if he was current with payroll taxes at the beginning of the year. I asked because of the scathing Glassdoor reviews that revealed he was not paying taxes. Schadel emphatically said he was current on all taxes. The conversation was an ongoing email exchange between me and Joseph Vasquez. Vasquez was being evasive, but I wouldn't back down and then Schadel suddenly provided his reply. I don't see how that alone does not make Schadel a lousy manager and a liar. I may just provide a copy of that email to the commission now that I think about it.
