No response at all on the 1999 plan. I also followed up and suggested to respond to it on the web site or address the issue in a letter to the shareholders.

My guess is any response right now will be to late to help this proposal.

I also sent e-mail Friday stating I still didn't have my proxies and asked for help to obtain them. I also left voice mail for Guy as well as his helper Megan to get my proxies.

I also called my broker this AM and evidently he never found out why I didn't get my proxies because he never called me back.

I have about 30 others that also haven't got their proxies and are waiting to see what I found out.

Guess what. I told them they are on their own.

Should my proxies come in time at this point I will be on the fence with Mschere and vote them at the last minute.

I'm sorry if I confused anyone with my comments on this issue and and in no way should this option proposal affect mine or anyones long term outlook on this investment.
