What am I missing... We're at 1.60 now. Our next major hurdle is reinstating SPA. a)What do you think are the chances of FDA reinstating in, in percentage? If the FDA doesn't, it seems to me that we have a very strong case in the federal court. b)If it gets to the federal court, what do you think are the chances, in percentage, of the judge or the jury ruling in our favor? Lastly, c)what are the chances, in percentage, that R-IT is stopped early due to efficacy?

Regardless of a) and b), if c) happens within two years, the PPS is pretty much guaranteed to go over $10. And if the chances of c) happening are at least 50%, with PPS being under $2, isn't this a no brainer to purchase now?
