Doors open? What exactly does that mean? We haven't any money to advertise, we have no marketing, people keep leaving, and we are eking by on fumes(doors open). In the mean time we have tons of money and R&D competing against us or to put our technology out of business.
Times are good, so no one dare say anything of concern, especially any investors who gave your money for the cause. It is just the lottery and thus the company owes you nothing in return. It is a penny stock meaning they can take your money and they owe you nothing. Not a update, a report, updated financials, I MEAN NOTHING!
Yeah, now that makes a bunch of sense. If anything at least have the courtesy if you are legitimate to tell your investors where the company is. It was there money you used to get wherever you are at!
I think it irritates more that people who invest in penny stocks believe they are owed nothing. Who ever convince of that? Owners and penny stock companies. That is bogus. A lottery ticket is a lottery ticket. A company taking money from investors due hold responsibility. If they want to be considered legitimate then act that way.
Serge may be a good person, but he isn't being a good CEO. You don't take investors money for your chance at a lottery ticket and then treat them with no respect. If you do, you should be judge accordingly. No excuses. They have had enough time.
