So where is the proof that a "definitive agreement" has been signed? Because Tony said so in a PR? Lmao!!! How gullible can people be?

Show everyone the actual signed agreement! Where is the Form 10? Where is any definitive proof that any agreement has been legally signed?

As with any con artist, they talk a good game. But knowing Tony's past, I don't believe a word he says....especially when it comes to giving up my hard earned money.

It's almost laughable how many people here think that a pr from Tony is actual DD. As with any business there has to be some sort of paper trail. And there is none when it comes to USEI opening any businesses in Washington or Colorado. NONE.
