I Disagree 100%. Federal Funding is not guaranteed here, so it's not valued in the pps. News of any funding will further legitimize the company, SCpace, and the JDA with Schott. The pps will react based on how the market reacts to this news.

It will come down to how big of a splash the funding news brings. But the initial funding is only a precursor to 3DIcon and Schott completing a scalable product platform that could lead to more Federal funding and eventually revenue.
