Thanks for the reply..that looks quite a reasonable share structure and what makes it interesting is certainly the holdings in CYDF..I saw in some filings that they sold some off from the initial holdings in above company , probably to finance the ongoing expenses..which is a great positive not to have to worry with outside convertible financing..I will take an initial position today ..thanks for your additional DD..cheers..
