Well, there are only 300,000,000 authorized and I believe they are all outstanding. Those shares will not increase per the CEO Billy Robinson. Billy owns the majority of shares and CHEROKEE RAIDERS LP has the second largets holding,combined they probably have 70% or more locked up. I will look into the exact figures when I get a chance. I would estimate a float of approx. only 100,000,000. That is VERY low for a pink sheet.

ALSO.. PRXT holds over 17,000,000 shares of CYDF which is now trading around .50.

PRXT is about to launch the PECS online site in a couple weeks and that will be a HUGE boost.
