Still don't have all your facts straight.

Example: private placements don't buy the stock price at the time, it's called discount and the reason they do it.
The 10 mil shares sold for .50 brought in 5mil operating cash and the A warrants will be 10mil @1.00 and the B warrants, 10mil @2.00 for future funding of 30mil. Sounds to me the bank is stocked full for what they intend to do.

Where's that other guy, I have something to shove up him.
