FACTS: GBLX SELLS SHARES AT $0.50 PER SHARE, again and again.

FACT #1: (Source: Yahoo.finance, GBLX, file SEC Form 8-K
unregistered sale of stocks, dated 6/9/2014)

FACT #2: On Saturday 6/7, GBLX did a good pr.
The next trading day is 6/9 (Sunday= off)

GBLX went up on 6/9.
Guess what ? GBLX immediately SOLD 10,000,000. at $0.50 per share on 6/9.

If GBLX is a good company, Why sell at only $0.50 per share right
after it went up ?

IF I BUY IT NOW, GBLX WILL SELL SHARES AGAIN ?

FACT #3: (Source: IH.advfn.com/Amended Statement of ben. ownership,
dated 7/8/2014).

On 5/29,GBLX sold 3,000,000. shares on $0.50 each.
On 6/2 (3 days after 5/29), GBLX sold 1,000,000. shares at $0.50 each.
The buying was only 269,632 shares, but the selling were over
3ml + 1ml + 10ml = $14,000,000. WOWWWWWWWW !

FACT #4: The buyer at $0.50 (so cheap) still have the warrant to
purchase an additional 6,000,000. shares (Source: From FACT #3)

So, if I buy now, GBLX WIL SELL SHARES AGAIN.
