Thank you CT. But I'm really looking for the link that tells me they A company must inform shareholders 4-5 days after rejection. I have not seen that link. I think everyone here believes they must inform us within a certain timeframe, but I'm not quite sure that's the case.

for the person that said that a company must inform their shareholders or the public within 5 days after the rejection, please share the link.
