GFCI.PK - News) today announced May 1, 2006, as the record date for the previously announced spin-off wholly owned subsidiary Coil Tubing Technology, Inc. ("CTT"). Grifco shareholders will receive 1.89 shares of CTT for every one share held in Grifco as of the record date"
