Up until now, the ANGELS have not been especially generous with CDEX funding. According to the latest SEC report, CDEX is right next door to CHAP 7 again. Were it not for the sale to Kuwait, it would be even worse. The DOC did convert some warrants, but that is not nearly enough to allow CDEX to continue.

But then, CDEX can lay low and do nothing. They are well accustomed to doing that very thing, having practiced it with considerable fervor over the past year or longer.
