You are so right. It does not make a dab of sense. But if you consider that perhaps things have transpired as planned by the
"ANGELS", (I have decided to be nicer and refer to them that way instead of LUBBOCK LIGHTS, OIL PATCH BOYOS, PEMCO GROUP ETC.)

But absent a clearer motive one arrives at point of calling them stupid, which is a bit difficult to swallow, given that they are
quite wealthy business people and oil riggers, one a medical doctor and real estate owner.

Neither JB nor Wade are especially lovable.

Having declared them not stupid, I cannot believe that they actually expect that the IG4 will make them well financially. Even if by some miracle, it actually works as advertised (SORTA) it cannot be a real money maker, niche market if any and all that. Not to mention the lousy reputation of CDEX.

So there can be speculation, but certainly not yet clear as to motive. The DOC has accumulated well over 3 million shares for his own account though. He is on the BOD, along with the PHARM Doc who also has a lot of shares.

It would be smart to find a way to get rid of the present CEO
if one can find a way to persuade him to button his lip, and not spill any beans.
