CWIR: EXACTLY my point. You said, "UNDER the Pharma name, the INC. will operate its Pharma business."

SO, WHY BOTHER HAVING THE INC. (fuzznbuzz) AT ALL?

WHO NEEDS THE INC. IF YOU HAVE THE PHARMA???????

AND THUS INCREASE THE SHARES TO 5 BILLION, DILUTE MORE, R/S....WHO CARES BECAUSE NOW FUZZNBUZZ (the inc.) WILL BE DISOLVED & PHARMA WILL LIVE ON IN 'INFAMY'.

CHECK THE SHARE STRUCTURE OF PHARMA & SEE WHO OWNS THOSE SHARES? MAYBE THAT WILL HELP OUT. And I do not know who owns those shares...and your thoughts may be entirely correct. Thanks.
