This is where understanding the English language is important.

As written there are TWO interpretations, or ways that it can be interpreted.

"Fuzz N Buzz Brands, Inc will be a Pharmaceutical Company under FNB Pharmaceuticals"

1) Is to interpret it as you have, which is to say that the INC. will be a subsidiary UNDER FNB Pharm.

2) Is to interpret it that the UNDER the Pharma name, the INC. will operate its Pharma business.

Both are grammatically equally fair interpretations. Based on my understanding, I believe that the answer is #2, but that is my opinion.
