Sierra equity also claimed SR*E was going to be huge in the gold mining industry and was going to be bought-out for over 1 billion. What actually happened was the company released news that a NYSE company bought them. Half an hour and 100% gain later the NYSE company denied the claim. The following day the CEO faked his own death and fled the country.

I wouldn't trust any stock touted by Sierra. They are as big a scam as most penny stocks.
