STOWE, Vt.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2006--Summus Works, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SMMW - News) is pleased to announce it is engaging an advisory specialist to assist in the Company's capitalization. In addition to providing specialized financial and advisory services in connection with the Company's current funding and credit facilities, the role will include the responsibility of facilitating the Company's financing of up to $5.5 million in debt and equity. In accordance with the Company's guiding VVV principles, its expansion throughout North American markets necessitates the move, which will inevitably increase the value of its media division's broadcast inventory.
