And to open any business in those states, they still have to file a Form 10. In February, the CEO, Tony Miller said it would be filed in 45 days. That was 5 months ago. :(

He has no intention of selling anything. USEI is strictly a pump and dump for Tony and his very shady partner John Stanton.

Yesterday was a good example of them selling off shares.
