If a lot of investors are still waiting for validation to jump in at higher levels, then there could be several layers of support far above a penny for it to settle on after the news is absorbed by the market.

Would you value the company differently if they had just received $1 million+ in funding from the gov't and expect to get even more in 2015? I would expect that value to start above $0.10 per share.

Funding "moneyologist" Doug Freitag predicts that it's gonna rain money on 3DIcon.

Its all easy math... More funding = More rain = PPS Growth!
