For the Judge to accept an appeal, the FDA would have to state grounds. If the Judge rules for Amarin she'll do so in a manner that would cover as many appeal angles as possible. An appeal won't be accepted for a weak reason. IMO the FDA's playing with a candle burning at both ends.
