The negotiations between the boardmembers ( Ferris and Kitchen) and S&W were held behind the back of the CEO. Jones had no choice and resigned. (My best recollection).

My take on it is that Ferris, after becoming a public company, never accepted the authority of a CEO. It was his technology, his vision and considered the guys in Arlington as a nuisance.

Granted, the company is now debt free, but it is actually a return to
Ferris Productions, the shareholders were needed at first, but are now another nuisance.

Really thinking about dumping my 2m shares, I feel cheated as much as you guys.
