Everything, pretty much. Early in 2003, maybe late in 2002, Urbie met up with some folks from PCBM and ECNC management. From then on, he followed PCBM's "make major money by diluting the snot out of your company's stock" strategy.
In the summer of 2003, CMKX (or, as it was then, CMKI) held its one and only "shareholder meeting" in Vegas. It wasn't official, in the sense that no proxies were sent out, but a lot of people attended. Among them were a number of bigtime PCBM touts and PCBM shareholders.
Many, many PCBM shareholders bought CMKX on the strength of rumors that the two would merge.
And a number of people part of, or associated with, PCBM management got CMKX stock for unspecified "services".
