Here is the problem with your petition.

January 2013 there was a handful of companies in the MMJ sector - today there is over 250 companies that have changed their business model to MMJ...

And there has been 10 MMJ companies suspended.

When you write, "Let's get national media focus on this. The risk of permanent Grey Market is a huge overhang for cannabis stocks" - you should know that very few of these MMJ companies are real and most are share selling schemes - how many gold mining companies have changed to MMJ? So investors should be concerned about investing in marijuana stocks.

Out of the 10 weed tickers suspended which do you think should be allowed to trade again or better removed from the greys?

Is is AEGY that hasn't generated any revenue since 2008, AVNE, SKTO (one the Robert Hipple shells) or how about CDFT (that had a $3 Billion bond from Brazil)....

You are defending a pretty nasty bunch of shells.
