It's obvious that Kathy is in way over her head. Granted Jim's passing dealt a severe blow to the company especially to her and her staff. It's been a year since his passing and we as shareholders have not seen (other than a few worthless PR'S)any indication that she is seriously trying to grow our company.

Apparently she is satisfied with collecting her salary and what will be will be attitude anf if the company goes belly up oh well that's the breaks.
She would just sell the building (if she owns it) take her personal belongings and go home with no regard for her employees or shareholders.
This is just my gut feeling, hope I am 1000% wrong.

A disgrace that shareholders (Monda and others)have to spend hours upon hours doing DD so she can keep the doors open, not a bad gig if you can get it.
Don't know how she sleeps at night.
Don't get me wrong, she's probably a wonderful person but it's time as we say in New York-_"MONEYTALKS-BULL SH-T WALKS.
