"Tweed has acquired medical marijuana seeds and plants from certain growers licensed under the former Marihuana Medical Access Regulations (MMAR)" these where the same growers that were threatened by Health Canada with arest if they didn"t destroy there Medicine and hand over their Genetics, Do you acually think a Federal Court Judge will find in favor of a Government Progam that takes advantage of the sick and dying, and buys illegal product. When this is all said and done next Summer, Tweed and the rest of the LP's will be Destroying more Cannabis then they are selling, again I state this is not a Recreational system, and the Estamates of amounts of production are Laughable, the MMPR will die on the Court floor, and the right to grow will be preserved along with the Dispensaries as these are the resources that Patients have been using for the past 13 years as HC has never in this time been able to fulfill Court sanctions, this may have worked 10 years ago, but now the courts are wise to HC's tactics. Again I can't state this Enough this is not the US and is not a Commercial system the Courts will not allow this, it is a Medical access program with strict guidelines, and not accepted By general doctors. Remember there are only 39,000 Paitents in 13 years, 17,000 have licences to grow, and aonther 8,000 use other sources such as CC's or friends, there may be 1,000 new patients in the next couple of years, but NOT 100,000's, Investors need to watch closely, and have realistic calculations or else you will loss big time. Bring on Q2 and you will finf another 2 million loss, with Rev in the ten's of thousands not millions not even hundreds of thousands.
