I have a solid source that tells me that the key individual behind Legacy Global Markets is Gregg Mulholland.

Yes, I've heard that too. But evidently DeWitt does play a role. And evidently DeWitt is very close to Joe Padilla. So all that would make good sense.

In addition, I have a source who told me that both Caledonian and Legacy were involved in the recent PGFY disaster. Supposedly, all of the company's S-1 offering was sold to a single individual from Vancouver. He was involved with Caledonian and Legacy.
