Nice try, yet again, but, wrong!!!

Rule 10b-18 states a company can repurchase up to 25% of the average daily volume per day.

The lowest volume from 6/17 through 6/26 was 17042 shares. For simplicity sake, let's just call that the average for now. 25% of that is 4260 shares. 4260 shares times 7, for the 7 days spoke of in the PR, is 29,820.

To be a bit more thorough, the average volume over 3 months per OTC markets is 19,498. 25% of that is 4,874, rounded down.

If you would like to continue to dispute this topic, I leave it to you find a different average daily trading volume.

Point is, they were well within the rule of a share repurchase. The number issued in the PR is FAR FROM UNREALISTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
