Thanks for reposting that PR.

What was the rule for the number of shares that could be bought back each day, anybody remember?

If it was 25% of a days volume the numbers Fabio gave are pure fluff. At 25% of let's make it easy and say 8000 shares a day,(we know volume has be less that 8K on many days) that would be 2000 shares a day. By Fabio's statement they supposedly started on June 20, if buying 2000 a day(that's generous, we know volume hasn't allowed that number many days since the RS)and with only 5 trading days between June 20 and the 27th, well do the math. Fabio's claim of having bought 16,000 is clear nonsense and just isn't possible, the percentage would have to be 50% of the daily volume to even be close to 16,000 and that doesn't sound right.

Fabio's numbers in the 2nd quarter disclosure won't add up either, I bet.

By knowing the exact percentage allowed and looking back at the historical volume any investor can see if Fabio's claim of 16000 shares in 5 days during those dates makes sense or just plain nonsense and more fluff flags.
