You referring to me as an Ostendo follower?
Not even sure why I need to do this but:

Im financially invested in 3DIcon.
I have no financial ties to Ostendo.
As an investor its VITAL to know where your competition is,
and where they are going and when.

That being said, Ive repeated many times on here that 3DIcon, if they move quickly enough can carve out a niche market, BEFORE ultimately being usurped by holography which is inherently better.


I was quite surprised to hear Mark Wilner re-iterate this point:
(minute 25)

"So will holographic ultimately be the holy grail of 3D displays in 20 years. Absolutely. Okay.
I hope Im alive to see it. But, but its just not practical today."

Now ask yourself, is 20 years accurate?
This is from the company, speaking to his investors about the competition.
And 3DIcon has spent how many years perfecting their now admittedly interim solution?
And how many more years do they state they require?
And what will the competition be doing in the meantime?
