I avoid Wal-Mart at all costs, I can't see them opening themselves up to that business because of them having to grow it too. I could be wrong but the reason for seed to sell is so there isn't trucks of weed driving around like armored trucks of cash do.
If that changed I wasn't aware. I'm sure there is some law stating it has to be grown on site?
