didn't sound that way to me......more like a general statement that the stock could only go up due to manipulation, since it can't be shorted.....they were discussing if the four panelists could cause a stock to go up to such absurd market values among themselves, I assume with wash trading....

Jon Najarian said the "can't be shorted" comment.....

I think you are right though, they don't seem to understand penny stocks.....wish they did not pull (?) the video.....
