The "between the lines" point of my post is these guys don't have a clue about how the micro-cap market works. They just want to get as many shares as they can, as cheap as they can.

What you say is way to logical for them to comprehend.

BTW, if they really had an interest in selling the stock at .30, they would have run the stock to over .30 (warrant strike price) before the warrants expired, or maybe extended the warrants.

Nobody is going to put significant money in TGC at .30 after the way they let it get all the way down to less than .04. At least not before they first bring in a strong well or two. I hope they do try to run it above .30. I can't speak for anyone else, but by the time they get it to .30, they will have to go through my shares first.
